Overview

This Huddle is for white men who want to explore and embody what it looks like to contribute to change, and create a world beyond patriarchy and white supremacy.
Over six months, we’ll do the deep and meaningful work to unlearn, experiment and rebuild. Without intentional change, white men can perpetuate patterns of domination and oppression - both consciously and unconsciously. What might be possible if white men confront this? Together, we’ll seek out the practices and ideas that are needed for white men to participate in bringing about a world beyond supremacy.

Is it for me?

Are you a white man who wants to be anti-racist and anti-sexist? Do you sense there's more to this than just avoiding doing or saying the wrong thing?
Do you recognise how systems of oppression benefit you in some ways but harm you in others? Are you already on a journey but sense there's more to imagine and become? This Huddle is for you if you want a community of peers to support you to learn when to challenge, step up or step back.

It’s for those who identify as white men, recognising the diversity within this, e.g., in age, disability, class and sexuality.

Do it to...

1.

Explore the roots and current manifestations of systems of oppression.

2.

Seek out and embody the practices that are needed for white men to live and work in a world beyond supremacy.

3.

Form a community of accountability, love and learning to help you to act in alignment with your values.

The Journey

Over six months, the Huddle format will help us to embody how things could be different - intentionally connecting and creating as peers rather than in a hierarchy.
This Huddle begins with an in-person Kick Off weekend of coach training, skills & network mapping, getting to know each other and co-designing the journey.

From fortnightly meet-ups to Check-In Days, the next 6 months are designed to maximise the collective potential of the peer group. Our journey will end with a showcase event to share what we’ve learnt and a final weekend together. Request an info pack for details.

Your Host

The photo shows a white man wearing a blue shirt with a grandad collar. He is smiling and has short dair hair. He is standing in front of a white background with diagonal lines.
Jamie brings people and ideas together in pursuit of deep change, and supports others to do the same.
Jamie’s journey has taken him from being a Cornish farmer’s son to an economist in the Zanzibar government to a facilitator based in Peckham, London. On the way, he realised he was following a ‘white saviour’ pathway and is now exploring what ‘coalition’ and ‘liberation’ look like for him.
"Jamie has an approach to leadership that is very horizontal and inclusive. His drive and curiosity are contagious."
